PHYSICAL-CHEMICAL
WATER DEPURATION SYSTEMS
The
physical-chemical systems we produce are used to purify the waste water
which contains drainage waters, detergents, mineral oils, varnishes,
heavy metals, emulsions, etc…coming from different working activities
such as:
|
|
car
washes; |
 |
textile
activities; |
 |
precision
mechanical workshops; |
 |
other
activities. |
The
systems consist of a container made of steel or PVC. It is made up of
an upper tank with a hopper-shaped base to facilitate the separation
of the sludge. It has a compartment below where the filters, motors
and a control panel are positioned.
The
systems are completely automatic and if they have a filling tank they
work continuously for 24 hours. They only need a powder flocculating
reagent to purify the water and its amount that varies from 400l/h to
3000 l/h.
The
water to be treated is sent from the filling tank to the system which
brings it into contact with the reagent powder. In this way the water
mixed with the polluting substances forms some lids that settle like
mud, leaving the water completely purified and clear. The water can
be discharged according to the law 152/99.
